I moved from Toronto to California. The transport service provided and shown was excellent for me, despite my experience of more than 10 relocations in my life. The team that came was a complete professional. Thanks to Mr. Levent, who applied the delivery date to the date I requested, and the delivery was very easy.
I can say that the service they provide is superior in terms of price.
Whenever I had a question, there was always someone on the other end of the phone to inform me.

I received moving services from Transatlas, 2 times for my residential ( one in Jan 2017, one in October 2022) and also 1 time for my office.
Great service, reasonable price. Cost-benefit ratio is so satisfying. No damage on any product, perfect packing and labeling. They have so professional and friendly team, understanding employees so aware about stress of moving on clients.
I did recommend to my friends and all have positive feedback.

Moved my apartment from Toronto to Edmonton.

The moving team in Toronto was 4 hours late, the window they gave me was 10-2 or 12-4 (i cant remember) but they arrived 4 hours after the period. This was the first of many instances where I was not told they would be late and had to call and ask "hey where are these guys? I took the day off for this". As soon as they arrived one guy tripped on a stair and flung a box marked fragile across the room. After that things went smoothly and they worked hard.

The shipment was a month late (6-7 weeks in total transit time). I was given excuses along the way, although at no point was I ever pro-actively told what was happening and why the delays were occurring. I always had to call and inquire and would consistently be told it would be further delayed. The time the shipment was suppose to arrive it was still sitting in Toronto and then the truck broke down and then the driver got sick. Eventually I was told it would be coming from Winnipeg to Calgary to Edmonton. At one point one of the employees even told me he had been making up excuses and that he was tired of doing so. Somehow though the shipment arrived from Vancouver. How my items got to Vancouver when I was consistently told otherwise I don't know.

When it arrived the driver and a helping hand (hired for the day) collected payment. I told him I felt entitled to some discount as it was significantly late, he said that wasn't up to him and to call the company, which I did, my call was ignored and i'm pretty sure the dispatcher knew why I was calling. Given I had asked about a discount two days prior to the arrival of the shipment on the grounds that this had financially impacted me and it was ignored. It seems these companies (or systems) operate to deflect responsibility, the result is a lack of integrity. I had no choice but to fork over the full amount and hope all my items were there. They then proceeded to unload the shipment. Because I never knew when they were actually coming I couldn't book an elevator in my building as it was only confirmed the night before. This was not the first time I was told the shipment would be arriving and hadn't. I then proceeded to help unload my shipment moving things from the elevator into my apartment, a service I thought I had paid for. There was a general lack of professionalism at this point. The hired hand, a local guy who was friendly and who had been in the moving business for years said this moving company was the most unprofessional he'd ever worked with.

I almost gave them two stars because all the items did arrive and were relatively undamaged. I would also consider myself a master packer and everything was in boxes, really no furniture items that could be damaged.

In all my time talking with and dealing with this company I never felt they cared about my business or how this process was affecting my life situation. In all honesty I felt like they thought of me as a nuisance who kept calling every 3-5 days. Every conversation I had asking where my stuff was I felt as if they had one goal, to get off the phone with me as soon as possible. I wouldn't recommend them or any other moving companies. At a national level a reliable service is desperately needed. Moving companies are the wild west of businesses. My next move I'll drive a uHaul myself.
